Finding and vetting reliable information can be a challenge in a sea of content online and offline. Three experts on political communication and media — Drs. Miyoung Chong, Jianing Li, and Joshua Scacco — will lead a discussion on the importance of self-awareness and skepticism in assessing information, the practices that local journalists and news outlets use to obtain and vet quality content, and how individuals can navigate content online to find quality information.
